When you find an item you like, simply choose the colour (where applicable) and quantity then click on add to cart. Don’t worry, you can change the order quantity or remove products at any time simply by going to the view cart option or, at checkout time. The view cart option also allows you to check on your total order at any time.
When you’re happy with your order, proceed to check-out. When checking out, please complete all details with an asterix carefully as this information ensures we can deliver your order promptly and correctly. Please note there is a minimum order value of $10.00 (excluding shipping costs).
Payment can be made quickly and conveniently by credit card or, if you prefer, by cheque or money order. If you choose to pay by credit card, simply enter your card details as requested. You can be assured that all information is encrypted during transmission to ensure your data is protected and that we are committed to providing the safest shopping experience possible for our customers.
If you prefer to pay by cheque or money order, simply select this option at checkout. We will still receive your order immediately and you can simply post your payment to us or transfer your funds via internet banking. Please note, we will not send or process your order until payment is received. If payment has not been made with fourteen days, we will assume the order is no longer required. If paying by cheque, your order will be dispatched after the cheque has been cleared.
If you would prefer to pay via Internet Banking, please indicate this on your order so that we can contact you with the exact amount of payment prior to dispatch. At this time, we will also advise account details and references to be used. Please keep a copy of the internet transfer as record of payment should it be required.
